One for the road

    As for what you wrote me... Babies change everything. I've never done Atkins but the plan I have works really well and is a healthy way to do what you want (here's the key words) without dieting. So if you want the sweets you can have them just less of them at a time. I lost 110 pounds the first time I did this and kept is off for 13 years then put 30 on thanks to surgery and I've lost 20 of that in the last month. Let me know if you are interested.
